BIM Level 1 Detailer

Job Description
BIM Level 1 Detailer  will be responsible for producing 3D fabricatable models of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems into fabrication and installation details.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to –

• Work with team members to produce LOD400 BIM for mechanical and plumbing systems
• Attend weekly virtual coordination meetings to achieve coordination of all trades
• Create detailed shop drawings for the purposes of fabrication and installation of associated trades
• Creation and annotation of shop drawings, hanger drawings, sleeve drawings, and point file drawings
• Work with other team members to complete drawings and models as required to meet project schedules
• Team member will be required to participate in continued education and/or training
• Team member will be required to report to Lead Project Coordinator daily

Education and Experience:

– At least 1 year of Revit experience A MUST

– Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications
• Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to train and mentor
• Good self-management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor/interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
